handshake 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kwabz Store ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

manage_accounts 2. Account Registration

To make purchases or access personalised features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Keep your account information updated at all times.
• Be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• Not create more than one account without express authorisation.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

lock 3. Account & Credential Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. Kwabz Store employs industry-standard protections — including secure encryption and credential hashing — but you play an equally critical role in keeping your account safe.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password strictly confidential. Never share it with anyone — including Kwabz Store staff, who will never ask for your password.
• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not reused from other websites or apps.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Not allowing browsers or third-party apps to store your credentials in an insecure manner.
• Immediately changing your password if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Notifying us at support@kwabzstore.com without delay if you detect any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account.

password 4. Password Best Practices

A strong password is your first line of defence. We strongly recommend following these practices to protect your Kwabz Store account:

1. Use at least 10 characters — the longer, the harder to crack.
2. Mix character types — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (e.g. K@mpus#2026!).
3. Avoid obvious choices — never use your name, birthday, phone number, "password", or "123456".
4. Never reuse passwords — if another service you use is breached, a unique password keeps your Kwabz account safe.
5. Use a password manager — tools like Bitwarden or 1Password generate and store strong passwords securely so you don't have to remember them.
6. Enable biometrics — where available, use fingerprint or face recognition for quick and secure sign-in on your personal device.

security 5. Platform Security

Kwabz Store implements multiple layers of security to protect your data and transactions:

• Secure Connections: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted.
• Authentication Security: Passwords are never stored in plain text. Credentials are securely hashed before storage — even we cannot read your password.
• Data Protection: Access to your personal data (orders, address, profile) is strictly locked to your authenticated session.
• Biometric Sign-In: Supported devices can use Touch ID, Face ID, or Windows Hello via the WebAuthn standard for passwordless login.
• Session Management: Sessions expire after inactivity. Sensitive operations require re-authentication to prevent unauthorized access.

Despite these measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to report any suspected vulnerability to support@kwabzstore.com.

privacy_tip 6. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the Platform — your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. This data is used solely to process your orders, provide support, and improve your experience.

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• Data is stored securely in modern cloud infrastructure, complying with major global data protection standards.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
• We may use anonymised, aggregated data for internal analytics (e.g. popular products, peak order times).

shopping_bag 7. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases where pricing errors occur. Prices are listed in the local currency and may change without prior notice. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched.

local_shipping 8. Delivery & Campus Pickup

Kwabz Store operates primarily within campus premises. Estimated delivery times may vary due to demand, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages or campus access restrictions.

assignment_return 9. Returns & Refunds

Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via the in-app support channel with your order ID and a clear description of the issue. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the claim is verified.

Data Bundles: Unintended or accidental data bundle orders sent to an incorrect phone number are strictly subject to a maximum 70% refund policy.

block 10. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server, or database.
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to another person.
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive reviews or content.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Resell or redistribute goods purchased on the Platform without prior authorisation.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

balance 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwabz Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
